WHo we are

Milverton Marine was set up in 2019 to provide offshore support services in midstream discharge of Break Bulk Cargoes in Nigerian waters. We provide different Tugboat vessels for discharging and Towing cargoes to different locations in Nigeria and other West African Countries. As we grow in experience and having established contacts with vessel owners, we expanded our scope of services to include vessel hiring and offshore operational management.


Our relationships with a local database of equipment owners, built up since 2019, gives us a real competitive edge in offshore vessel rental. We have perfected in the art of sourcing and recommendation of vessels with quality assurance and competitive pricing.

As a company, we work with a wide range of stakeholders in the project cargo, heavy lift, semi- submersible and break bulk sectors. Our services are basically delivered to the marine and offshore markets. We operate at Bonny inner anchorage, Onne water, Forcados /Warri River, Lagos and Calabar River. With our company headquarters in Lagos State Nigeria and our branch office located in Port Harcourt River State, we still have plans to set up branch offices in other West Africa countries.

Our goal is to ensure that we relieve charterer the stress of searching for marine vessels, thereby saving him time and resources. We partner with clients from the planning stage to execution stage by understanding the scope of work and ensuring that we meet up with client’s expectation.

We often request for:

    • Letter of intent from end user
    • Job scope is established
    • Duration is communicated
    • Cargo size is communicated to enable us advice on the suitable bollard pull or tonnage of vessel.
    • Within 24hrs we present client with several options based on price and quality.
    • Client inspects vessel based on options presented
    • Charter party Agreement is signed
    • Date of operation is scheduled and communicated
    • Project meeting is held to ensure vessel crew are in tune with operation.
